Peter is responsible for CRM and Newsletter-Marketing at adamicus and leads a team of experts in the areas of CRM, graphic design and web development.
He advises our customers with regard to the selection and implementation of the technical infrastructure (data warehousing solutions, e-mail service providers, etc.) and the development of customer contact strategies, segmentations and campaign design.
In light of his long-term experience with data driven programmes, he is confident that customer-focused communication offers great potential for success. He is also convinced of the definition of the next-best-action concept and that it is possible to increase response and conversion significantly through a behaviour-driven and segment-specific customer approach.
Together with his team, Peter develops systematic methods for organising campaigns, which is why he has a host of best practices up her sleeve.
